How to add a new patient?

Adding a new patient in Digitail takes less than 1 minute! The necessary information are:

1. Client (Pet Owner)

  • Name, Surname
  • Phone number, Email
  • Address (optional)
  • DOB, ID (optional)

Our recommendation is to fill in all the fields. In this way, you can generate automatically the documents with all the detailes already filled in – saving more time when you create consent forms or certificates.

 

2. Patient

  • Name
  • DOB
  • Species, Breed
  • Other optional fields (distinctive marks, allergies, blood type, microchip, insurance number etc.)
