How to import patients in Digitail?

The Import module makes it easy to add all your patients in Digitail.

In two simple steps, you can add a list with all your patients’ details. They will be visible in Patients after the import is done.

The first step is to download the Excel template. This document will be generated with all the required columns (some mandatory, some optional). Fill in or paste all the details about your patients in the Excel file.

The second step is to save the document and upload it in the platform. You will get a confirmation message if the entire list has been uploaded successfully, or some warnings on the lines that had errors. 

If there are errors, another Excel file will be generated automatically that contains only the remaining lines that couldn’t be added due to some errors. Download the file, correct the lines with errors and upload it again in Digitail.

FAQ

• The date format should be DD.MM.YYY (columns G & L)
• The gender (column J) can be F or M 
• The hormonal status (column K) has to be selected from the available options
